When CBC announced Canada Reads 2014, Canadians answered their call. What book could change the nation...or even the world? Thousands of nominations poured in from across the country. These books were voted down to a Top 40, then a Top 10, and now, finally, the panelists have made their picks.
The debates will air March 3-6, 2014 on CBC Radio and CBC-TV, and will be streamed online on CBC Books. So crack those spines, open those pages and get reading.
Who are this year's panelists? Which books will they be arguing for?

- Wab Kinew defends The Orenda by Joseph Boyden
